I am a friendly and approachable person whose passion is to help ensure children achieve. I have a BA (Hons) 2:1 Degree in Education as well as a range of A levels and GCSEs. Using my years of teaching experience in the education sector, experience in the SEN sector and in the secondary sector, I am able to deliver inspiring and exciting sessions for your child to excel in many areas of the curriculum. I have worked in a variety of good and outstanding schools and am keen to share my expertise to ensure your child makes the progress they need to. I have taught age ranges 4-16, and by discovering your child’s interests, I will happily deliver exciting lessons to boost their results. 

 

I have earned a reputation of being an outstanding tutoring service online, within several counties across the United Kingdom. At AK Positive Tutoring, I have high levels of experience and proficiency across the three core subjects from KS1 - KS4. On top of that, I am outgoing, friendly, empathetic and always want the best for my students.

 

I understand that each student has a unique learning style and study habits, and how difficult it can be to receive the one-on-one support they need in the classroom. That’s why I make sure cater my tutoring services, to the best of my ability, to the particular needs and circumstances of each individual.

I felt regularly frustrated whilst teaching in school and I always felt like there were never enough hours in the day for all of my children to feel confident in across all the areas of the curriculum. Since starting my business, I have helped a range of pupils exceed across a variety of subjects and helped to instill confidence within them.
